Refund policy
Refunds and Returns:
Due to cleanliness and sanitation reasons, we have a No refund and No return policy.
Exchanges:
We are pleased to exchange your product as long as it is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
We will honor an exchange ONLY if :
- You received incorrect product(s) OR
- If your product ordered was flawed.
If your product ordered falls into 1 or both of those reasons, please be sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- First and Last name
- Order #
- Reason for Exchange
- Picture of product (Optional)
When we receive your email, we will send you an email confirmation. Once you receive the email confirmation, you may then send your product(s) back to our shipping location: 624 E Colorado St, Suite C, Glendale, CA 91205.
Please note: Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
